Developed for a global financial services business an analysis of the feasibility of introducing flexible benefits. This covered the largest population in the UK as well as the opportunities to provide greater flexibility in benefit choices in a number of smaller countries.
Not for profit organisation
For a not for profit organisation, we developed a bonus plan for the executive team. This reflected the three key measures of customer satisfaction, employee engagement and financial results. It was part of a larger project reviewing a number of elements of the reward strategy of the organisation to better align reward with the aims of the business.
