Evan DavidgeEvan has over 30 years’ experience in human resources, where he has mainly specialised in total reward and employee benefits.  Following a distinguished career as an RAF officer, he has worked across most sectors in senior HR/reward roles, including financial services, central / local government and professional services. 

Evan is a thought leader on a wide range of total reward management topics. Recently, he has designed, led and implemented an innovative award-winning wellbeing programme for a major global client.

Evan is an accredited trainer for the World at Work Association and the CIPD, where he holds Chartered status. He also holds an MBA in Business Education Management.

Sylvia Doyle, Associate

Sylvia DoyleSylvia specialises in designing and implementing pay systems and structures, variable pay including design, review and implementation of performance related pay. Other areas include bonus and sales compensation and commission schemes; developing and updating reward strategy into wider HR and business strategy; diagnostic reward reviews and executive remuneration. Working across industry sectors in the UK and overseas, over 90% of client projects result from direct recommendation and referral since 2004.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Sylvia was responsible for leading European Compensation & Benefits at McCormick, the global leader of spices, seasonings and flavours. Previous corporate roles include Balfour Beatty where she headed up HR for Balfour Beatty Rail Projects and a range of HR roles at British Gas.

Sylvia is an independent non-executive director on the remuneration committee of the RICS; Chair of the remuneration committee of Abingdon & Witney College & Vice Chair of the board. Sylvia speaks at UK and international conferences; is CIPD course tutor for the base & variable pay programme and runs the professional reward network of the CIPD Central London branch she established in 2005. Michael Rose, Director

Michael RoseMichael specialises in reward strategy, recognition and non-cash programmes, bonus plans, performance management benefit strategy. Michael has extensive experience as a Reward Consultant including nearly 10 years with KPMG and Arthur Andersen where he worked across all sectors and around the world. Michael was most recently Director of Total Reward for Aon Corporation, covering the 16,000 people in UK and EMEA. Other major corporate roles were, Head of Reward Management for TSB Bank plc; Human Resources Manager, European Insurance Operations, NZI Insurance and Compensation Manager, Abbey Life Assurance.

Michael has an MA in HRM, is a Companion of the CIPD and an Associate of the Chartered Insurance Institute. He was Vice President Reward for the CIPD, 2006–2008 and won the Employee Benefits Compensation and Benefits Professional of the Year Award 2009. Michael writes and speaks extensively on Reward and HR issues. His third book, Reward Management was published by Kogan Page in April 2014. Chris has over 30 years experience in generalist HR and as a specialist in Compensation and Benefits, working in manufacturing, oil, financial services, consultancy, and software industries. Before becoming a reward consultant in 2007, Chris was Director, Compensation and Benefits with the Oracle Corporation.
