Sylvia DoyleSylvia specialises in designing and implementing pay systems and structures, variable pay including design, review and implementation of performance related pay. Other areas include bonus and sales compensation and commission schemes; developing and updating reward strategy into wider HR and business strategy; diagnostic reward reviews and executive remuneration. Working across industry sectors in the UK and overseas, over 90% of client projects result from direct recommendation and referral since 2004.

Prior to becoming a consultant, Sylvia was responsible for leading European Compensation & Benefits at McCormick, the global leader of spices, seasonings and flavours. Previous corporate roles include Balfour Beatty where she headed up HR for Balfour Beatty Rail Projects and a range of HR roles at British Gas.

Sylvia is an independent non-executive director on the remuneration committee of the RICS; Chair of the remuneration committee of Abingdon & Witney College & Vice Chair of the board. Sylvia speaks at UK and international conferences; is CIPD course tutor for the base & variable pay programme and runs the professional reward network of the CIPD Central London branch she established in 2005.
